This flagship program covers every aspect of the coffee business. Learn to master coffee brewing, customer service, team management, financials, marketing, entrepreneurship, and practical training. Graduates of this course will not only gain the skills to run their own outlet but also become elite members of the Coffea Coffee family.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

• 280 days of Practical Barista skill and shop operation training
  (5 hours/day)
• 32 lecture/workshop session (4 hour class per session)

SCA Certificate Course

Our SCA program course is for you to achieve two SCA certificates, FUNDAMENTAL or INTERMEDIATE level, which is considered most authoritative and prestigious one among aurcurrent coffee education industry's.
Our SAC trainers, who has official SAT qualification will exercise test exam for SACccrtificate. Fundamental level is for a junior barista who got some experience at a coffee shop. Intermediate level is for a skilful barista who got enough experience at the field.

Trainer

Coffea name is highly recognised for uncompilable achievement of barista championship competition for decade in Korea coffee industry record. Mr. Timothy, brand founder was the first Korea Barista champion and got runner-up of World Latte Art Championship in early days. Since then, COFFEA has trained and educated the younger generation to become follow- up champions who still belongs to COFFEA or independent later. Our Korean champions will design our whole Coffea Academy program and proceed your final test exam for Academy Graduation certificate and SCA certificates.
